We lease private plots of land for a week at a time to the highest bidder. The usage of the property can very from hunting, fishing, camping, family gatherings to social events. Most of the properties are within an hours drive of the Minneapolis / St. Paul and Rochester. The usage rights of the properties differ to a limited extent. There are a few parcels in which hunting is still not allowed.
